Civil/Structural BIM Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a technically proficient and detail‑oriented Civil/Structural BIM Engineer to join our innovative digital engineering team. This role is central to the successful delivery of our projects, focusing on the development, management, and coordination of intelligent 3D structural models.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for structural components using Revit, ensuring compliance with project‑specific BIM Execution Plans and company standards.
• Lead structural coordination and clash detection using Navisworks, resolve conflicts with the design team, and chair interdisciplinary BIM coordination meetings.
• Generate construction documents and extract material quantities from the BIM model to support cost estimation, procurement, and as‑built documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum three years of experience in structural BIM modelling or coordination within the AEC industry.
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, construction methodologies, and materials such as concrete and steel.

Required skills

• Revit (BIM modelling)
• Navisworks (clash detection)
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 BIM standards
• Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) or similar certification (advantageous)
• Experience with Dynamo and Scan‑to‑BIM processes (advantageous)
