About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Client Activation Lead to own the end‑to‑end journey from a signed deal to a successful Day 1 start. In this high‑impact, revenue‑focused position you will act as the bridge between Sales, Talent, Pricing, and Clients, ensuring every new partnership becomes fully activated.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the client activation journey from opportunity handoff to the first successful hire.
  • Ensure client readiness, engagement, and responsiveness throughout the process.
  • Identify and remove blockers that delay hiring activation.
  • Leverage existing talent pools (CEIPAL) to match and validate candidates.
  • Lead shortlist presentations and align clients with market realities.
  • Serve as the main client‑facing point during activation, driving momentum.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and accelerate decision‑making.
  • Manage internal processes such as requisitions, pricing validation, contracts, and start dates.
  • Re‑negotiate scope, pricing, or structure when needed to ensure progress.
  • Design practical, market‑aligned solutions to move clients forward.

Required profile

  • Experience in client‑facing roles such as recruitment, sales, or similar.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Ability to balance client expectations with market realities.
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a focus on execution.
  • High sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent coordination and time‑management abilities.
