Client Coverage Vice President – Chinese Segment

About the role

To manage and grow the China portfolio and internal relationships across the end‑to‑end client engagement value chain, ensuring client needs are fulfilled while managing risk and delivering an exceptional client experience. The role acts as a trusted advisor, influencing timelines, expectations and proactively negotiating across departments to coordinate client‑centric solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand the China portfolio, overseeing the full client engagement lifecycle.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, influencing timelines, expectations and negotiating solutions across departments.
• Coordinate the origination and execution of client‑centric solutions.
• Contribute to achieving defined revenue targets.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in commercial/corporate banking, risk management and first‑line defence.
• Proven track record conducting detailed financial and valuation analysis for client engagements.
• Demonstrated experience working in cross‑functional teams to drive client‑centric solutions and grow portfolio revenue.
• Experience leading client engagement at senior management and executive level.
