Client Service Executive (Site Supervisor)

About the role

Stratostaff is looking for a proactive, results-driven Site Supervisor in Nairobi to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure seamless service delivery for its clients. The role reports to the Senior Client Service Executive and is responsible for supervising staff deployed at client sites, covering staff management, compliance, health and safety and workforce productivity in line with Service Level Agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on-site staff, monitor attendance and performance, hold weekly toolbox meetings and resolve 95% of disciplinary cases within 10 days
• Oversee daily operations so that 95% of contractual requirements are met, coordinate manpower for ad-hoc requests and submit a monthly performance report by the 5th
• Respond to employee and client concerns and escalate unresolved matters within 24 hours; communicate policy changes and extraordinary incidents within 12 hours
• Ensure 100% compliance with health and safety rules, report incidents within 12 hours, complete incident documentation within 7 days, keep PPE records accurate and inspect PPE compliance twice weekly
• Maintain accurate attendance and leave records, and close 95% of disciplinary cases within 10 days
• Ensure 100% accuracy of weekly and monthly payroll inputs, deliver payslips by the 9th and P9 forms annually by February

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Operations Management or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in operations supervision, preferably in outsourcing, logistics or service environments
• Good understanding of health and safety compliance and workforce management
