Clinical Case Coordinator

About the role

The Clinical Case Coordinator (CCC) links MSF projects with a global network of volunteer specialists to deliver timely clinical advice via the Telemedicine Case Management platform. Working remotely, the CCC ensures cases are matched, managed, and completed while upholding privacy and clinical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate cases to appropriate volunteer specialists promptly, ensuring accurate specialty matching.
• Maintain and improve privacy and clinical protocols for all cases.
• Engage project teams through high‑level communication to increase telemedicine usage.
• Provide project context and feedback to dedicated channels to enhance operations.
• Coach and support the CCC team, especially junior coordinators.

Required profile

• University degree in a medical or paramedical field.
• Strong analytical and evaluation abilities.
• Commitment to MSF’s principles of ethics, independence, neutrality, and impartiality.
• Cross‑cultural awareness and teamwork orientation.
• Security awareness and ability to manage online tools such as Microsoft 365.
• Fluency in English; French highly desirable; Spanish or Arabic a plus.
• Legal authorization to work in a country where MSF operates.
