Clinical Case Coordinator – Remote (UTC‑UTC+4)

About the role

MSF Canada seeks a Clinical Case Coordinator to manage the allocation of telemedicine cases to volunteer specialists. Working remotely across UTC‑UTC+4 time zones, you will ensure timely, privacy‑compliant case handling and support project teams in using the Telemedicine Case Management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate incoming clinical cases to appropriate volunteer specialists promptly.
• Monitor case progress, ensuring completion and adherence to privacy and clinical protocols.
• Engage project staff to increase adoption of telemedicine services.
• Provide contextual feedback to improve platform operations.
• Coach junior Coordinators and support the broader CCC team.

Required profile

• University degree in a medical or paramedical field.
• Strong analytical and evaluation abilities.
• Commitment to MSF’s humanitarian principles.
• Cross‑cultural awareness and teamwork orientation.
• Legal authorization to work in a country where MSF operates.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
• Experience with telemedicine system implementation or usage.
