Cold Calling Appointment Setter (Remote, Kenya)

About the role

Our client, a specialised cold‑calling appointment‑setting agency, is expanding its remote team in Kenya. As an Appointment Setter you will be the front‑line of outbound campaigns, contacting US business owners to secure qualified sales meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume outbound calls each day using a power dialer to reach decision‑makers in the United States.
• Deliver value‑driven pitches, navigate gatekeepers and handle objections with provided scripts and battle cards.
• Maintain accurate lead statuses, call dispositions and meeting notes in Zoho CRM.
• Trigger automated SMS and email follow‑ups for prospects who do not answer or request more information.
• Consistently meet daily and weekly quotas for connected calls and booked qualified appointments.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of B2B cold‑calling, telesales or appointment‑setting experience targeting the US, UK or Australian markets.
• Exceptional spoken and written English with a neutral, easily understood accent.
• High emotional resilience and the ability to handle rejection while staying motivated.
• Willingness to work strict US business hours.
• Reliable remote work setup: wired fiber‑optic internet (≥20 Mbps), backup power (UPS/inverter), modern laptop/desktop (i5/Ryzen 5, 8 GB RAM) and a quiet dedicated workspace.
