Commercial Marketing and Communications Supervisor

About the role

The Commercial Marketing & Communications Supervisor will create and deliver client‑facing communications, campaigns, sales‑enablement materials and event support for International Organisation Health (IOH) commercial teams. The role bridges Marketing, Sales, Client Management and Customer Engagement to drive commercial enablement and client engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IOH value proposition, RFP sales summaries, presentations and client‑facing collateral.
• Translate business and service topics into clear, compelling narratives for clients and prospects.
• Partner with Sales and Client Management to support business development, renewals and strategic client conversations.
• Ensure client‑facing materials are accurate, current and aligned with IOH messaging and brand standards.
• Design and execute client and member communication campaigns that boost engagement and support commercial priorities.
• Support service campaigns, tailored client campaigns and benefit‑change communications.
• Collaborate with Customer Engagement teams to guarantee clear, audience‑relevant communications.
