Commission Based Onboarding Agent

About the role

Carbon Cube Kenya is seeking proactive individuals to join the team as Commission Based Onboarding Agents. In this part‑time role you will help grow the platform by bringing new sellers onboard and ensuring they become active contributors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential sellers in the retail, fashion and FMCG sectors.
• Guide sellers through the registration process and assist them in creating their first listings.
• Ensure each onboarded seller uploads a minimum of three ads within the agreed timeframe.
• Track onboarding metrics and report progress against targets.
• Maintain clear communication with sellers to support their ongoing activity.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with a strong interest in e‑commerce and online marketplaces.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort using web‑based tools.

Required skills

What we offer

• Commission payment of KES 1,000 for every 10 sellers successfully onboarded who each upload at least three ads.
