About the role
You will produce and host weekly Clinician Grand Rounds sessions focused on AI in clinical practice. The role involves managing registrations, running live Q&A, and delivering a post‑session offer to participants.
Key responsibilities
- Secure admin invitations to professional healthcare communities.
- Book clinician moderators and plan weekly topics.
- Drive 40+ registrants per session and run the live event.
- Conduct Q&A and present the post‑session offer.
- Follow up attendees with recordings and next steps.
Required profile
- Confident speaking on mic and camera.
- Strong event organisation skills.
- Respects professional community norms.
