Community & Patient Experience Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised, personable and digitally confident Community & Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. The role is primarily patient‑facing, handling enquiries, booking consultations and ensuring a smooth front‑office experience, while also supporting our patient community and marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media and other clinic channels.
• Answer calls promptly, follow up on missed calls and record interactions accurately.
• Book, confirm and coordinate patient consultations and appointments.
• Welcome patients at reception and maintain smooth front‑desk operations.
• Maintain NBC patient WhatsApp communities and coordinate satisfaction surveys.
• Support marketing with day‑to‑day content creation (Instagram Stories, TikTok/Reels, simple photography, short‑form videos).
• Prepare simple branded materials using Canva under marketing guidance.
• Perform general administrative duties, trackers, reports and internal coordination.

Required profile

• Clear, professional communication in person, on the phone and in writing.
• Excellent customer‑service skills with confidence making and receiving calls.
• Extremely organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple enquiries.
• Proactive attitude, comfortable learning new digital systems and CRM tools.
• Understanding of patient confidentiality and healthcare environment.
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, healthcare or front‑office operations is an advantage.
