About the role

Join Social Discovery Group as a Companion, a remote chat operator who helps users feel less lonely by engaging in warm, natural conversations across our social discovery platforms. This full‑time position is ideal for individuals who enjoy text‑based interaction and want to make a positive emotional impact.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with users via chat, maintaining active and engaging dialogues.
• Respond quickly while keeping conversations natural, warm, and consistent.
• Adapt communication style to match different moods, intents, and user personalities.
• Help users feel heard, involved, and emotionally engaged.
• Follow internal communication guidelines and report any issues.
• Handle a high volume of routine chat interactions while staying focused.

Required profile

• Fluent written English; additional languages such as French or Spanish are a plus.
• Strong text‑based communication abilities with an emotionally aware tone.
• Comfortable using a PC, smartphone, messaging apps, and basic office tools.
• Ability to work high‑volume chat shifts reliably and follow a set schedule.
• Responsibility, reliability, open‑mindedness, and stress resistance when dealing with diverse users.
• Willingness to accept feedback, follow guidelines, and adapt communication style.
