Compensation, Benefits & Rewards Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Compensation, Benefits & Rewards Lead to build the foundations that enable NestAI to scale internationally. Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you will partner with leaders across the organisation to design and implement fair, scalable compensation and reward practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the compensation philosophy, framework and reward practices, including benchmarking, pay equity analysis and compensation reviews across multiple markets.
• Create practical guidance for managers to make consistent compensation decisions that align with career growth and overall rewards strategy.
• Lead the People workstream for international expansion, collaborating with Legal, Finance, Payroll and external advisors to produce scalable playbooks and templates.
• Ensure all People practices remain compliant, pragmatic and employee‑friendly while supporting rapid business growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience building comprehensive compensation frameworks (base salary, equity, benefits) in fast‑growing companies.
• Ability to operate at a strategic level while also executing operational tasks.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of driving frameworks from scratch and securing stakeholder buy‑in.
• International experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in European languages such as Swedish or German is a plus.
