Connected Technology Manager (Cincinnati)

About the role

Textron Specialized Vehicles is seeking a Connected Technology Manager to lead training and support for its PACE GPS product across the Cincinnati territory. You will act as the technical liaison between distributors, factory‑direct sales teams and service technicians, ensuring successful product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Educate distributors, factory‑direct representatives and service technicians on the PACE GPS system.
• Conduct in‑person training sessions and perform system testing during product deliveries.
• Forecast shipment needs, manage inventory levels and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Collaborate with sales representatives, regional directors and leadership to develop competitive strategies and positioning.
• Identify and implement process improvements for delivery and training activities.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to resolve on‑site issues and verify functionality.
• Provide sales support to increase the PACE install base and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer claims and complaints fairly and effectively.
• Lead organization‑wide initiatives to educate customers and act on survey feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing or a related field.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with TSV pool, fleet and DOT policies.
