Construction Estimator – Remote

About the role

Utopia, an ultra‑luxury hospitality and lifestyle brand, is seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to support its boutique hospitality development projects. Working remotely, you will join a multidisciplinary team that designs, builds, and operates high‑end private villa retreats worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, machinery, equipment and labour (AACE Class 3‑2) and support early‑stage cost modeling (Class 5‑4).
• Develop accurate bills of quantities for all construction activities.
• Manage project budgets, track cost variations and produce regular cost reports.
• Support procurement, tender documentation and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, structural and MEP engineers, FF&E procurement, and client representatives.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, punctual and able to deliver accurate results on schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Experience with Revit.
