Construction Install Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Construction/Install Coordinator to support our construction projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will act as a customer liaison and handle job setup, permits, documentation, schedules, change orders, purchase orders, equipment delivery, billing, invoicing, and project close‑out documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, maintain, and regularly update construction project data and work order lists.
• Maintain cost data for budget, labor hours, and equipment/material costs from start to finish.
• Collect, monitor, review, and disseminate project documentation to relevant parties.
• Prepare general correspondence such as memos, letters, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Organize and maintain both electronic and hard‑copy project files.
• Archive project data upon completion.
• Assist Project Managers in preparing and tracking change orders.
• Manage construction material purchase orders.
• Oversee the project close‑out process, including verification of job profitability.

Required profile

• Excellent organizational and follow‑up skills with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Strong computer proficiency, especially MS Word and Excel.
• Effective communication with clients and co‑workers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented.
• Familiarity with construction terminology and contracts.
• Experience with accounting and job costing.
