About the role
The Construction Interior Designer will independently manage interior design projects from concept through completion, delivering functional and aesthetic solutions that meet client requirements and project objectives. Reporting to senior management, the role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of interior design with overall project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts aligned with client needs.
- Prepare mood boards, material palettes, space planning layouts, and design presentations.
- Produce detailed interior design drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Recommend appropriate finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and accessories.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations and standards.
- Coordinate project execution, conduct site inspections, and manage client relationships.
- Deliver designs within approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Lead design representation on assigned projects, working with minimal supervision.
