Construction Manager – Building

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead on‑site delivery of building projects within Tatu City, overseeing both civil and infrastructure activities. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day field activities, coordinate communication, control costs, and manage schedules.
• Implement and monitor safety programs, ensuring compliance with building regulations and HSSE standards.
• Review construction documents, approve submittals, RFIs, change orders and supervise quality control procedures.
• Monitor project budgets, review cost submissions, and mitigate potential overruns.
• Lead and mentor on‑site staff, subcontractors and junior team members, and coordinate with project managers for procurement.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 15 years of construction management and supervision experience, preferably in high‑rise residential, commercial, warehouse or logistics projects.
• Fluent English and ability to work on‑site full time.
• Strong client focus and leadership capabilities.
