Content and Social Media Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and creative Content and Social Media Intern to support our digital media and brand communication efforts. This internship offers hands‑on experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engaging blog posts, articles, newsletters and social media content, collaborating with design to produce graphics and videos.
• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments, and assisting with campaigns.
• Analyze social media metrics, provide insights, and help grow follower base.
• Support email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation and performance analysis.
• Research industry trends, audience preferences and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Enthusiastic, proactive and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva and Capcut for graphic and video creation.
• Experience using social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
