About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Content Creator to become the on‑camera face of Tana’s channels for early‑career professionals in Kenya. You will lead the end‑to‑end production of video content, from ideation to publishing, helping build our brand from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Appear on camera as the recurring personality for Tana’s social channels.
• Conceptualise, script, film, edit and publish short‑form videos, expanding to long‑form and live formats.
• Develop and maintain the content production workflow, including calendars, playbooks and kits.
• Coordinate on‑camera appearances of team members and talent to showcase real career stories.
• Analyse performance data to refine content mix and focus on high‑impact formats.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience creating video content with a strong on‑camera presence.
• Confident, authentic storyteller who can capture audience attention quickly.
• Self‑directed, organised and comfortable publishing consistently each week.
• Kenyan citizen residing in Kenya.
