Contract Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join our growing team. The role is essential for smooth project execution, handling contracts, change orders, and compliance from initiation to completion. You will act as the primary point of contact for all contract‑related matters, working closely with internal leadership, clients, legal counsel, and insurance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee contracts with general contractors and vendors, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Track contract progress, send documents for review or signature, and follow up with internal and external parties to meet deadlines.
• Maintain organized records of contract status to provide leadership with a clear view of open items.
• Monitor and track general contractor change orders, ensuring timely follow‑up to avoid delays or cost exposure.
• Manage Owner‑Controlled and Contractor‑Controlled Insurance Programs, coordinating subcontractor enrollment and ensuring compliance.
• Support project accountants with compliance tasks and ensure accurate setup in the accounting system.
• Communicate regularly with internal leadership, external clients, legal counsel, and insurance teams via Microsoft Teams calls and negotiation meetings.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow up persistently without prompting.
• Detail‑oriented mindset to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
