Contract Agent FGIV – Strategic Communication Campaigns

About the role

Under the supervision of the Team Leader – Strategic Communication in the Regional Partnerships Unit, you will lead the design, implementation and evaluation of data‑driven communication campaigns that support the EU’s external action priorities under NDICI‑Global Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage communication campaigns aligned with audience needs and EU political priorities.
• Coordinate the work of external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and measurable impact.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, reporting on awareness and perception of the EU in partner countries.
• Promote a “Team Europe” approach by collaborating with Member State agencies, development banks, export credit agencies, private sector organisations and European financial institutions.

Required profile

• EU national or candidate who has successfully passed an EPSO CAST competition for the FGIV function group.
• Experience in strategic communication, preferably within an international or development context.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage external service providers.
