Contract Review Specialist

About the role

Solvo Global is looking for a Contract Review Specialist to join its Legal / Contract Administration department. The role focuses on the initial review of commercial contracts, risk identification, and preparation of executive summaries before escalating complex matters to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Review contracts with clients, vendors, subcontractors, NDAs, and commercial agreements.
• Prepare executive summaries that capture parties, duration, payment terms, and key obligations.
• Assess contractual risks, classify them by impact level, and flag high‑risk items.
• Participate in initial negotiations on standard non‑material terms.
• Provide redline suggestions and comments using Microsoft Word Track Changes.
• Escalate contracts with significant deviations or high risks to the leadership team.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of reviewed contracts and their status.
• Support administrative tasks such as signatures, renewals, and document filing.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in contract review, paralegal work, or contract administration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
• Availability to work Texas business hours (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST, Monday‑Friday).
