Corporate Trainer – Part‑time

About the role

Responsible for delivering corporate training programmes, developing training materials, facilitating practical learning sessions, assessing participants, adapting content to organisational needs, supporting professional development programmes, and evaluating training outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate training records, evaluate participant feedback and learning outcomes, and recommend improvements for future sessions.
• Collaborate with academic and programme teams to identify training needs and tailor short courses or modules.
• Keep training materials, examples, and practical exercises current with emerging industry practices, tools, standards, and technologies.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to participants to support their professional and technical development.
• Assess participants’ understanding and practical application of concepts through exercises, projects, and assessments.
• Develop and facilitate practical training sessions in areas such as financial modelling, Excel, Power BI, project‑management tools, and governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Recognised professional certification (e.g., PMP/PRINCE2, CPA‑K, CFA, Power BI/Excel, ISO).
• At least 5 years of training or corporate experience.
• Commitment to high‑quality training and fostering a positive learning environment.
