Corporate Treasury Sales Dealer

About the role

The Corporate Treasury Sales Dealer will drive revenue growth for KCB Group’s treasury portfolio by implementing the corporate sales strategy and delivering tailored financial solutions to corporate clients. This role focuses on cross‑selling treasury products, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with bank policies.

Key responsibilities

• Implement corporate sales strategy in line with overall treasury objectives.
• Achieve profitability targets through revenue maximisation and cost control.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide seamless, trusted customer service to retain and grow the client base.
• Cross‑sell existing and new treasury products, including Spot FX, Forwards, Options, Swaps and DVP solutions.
• Manage and book forex transactions via the core banking system (k plus) and electronic trading platform.
• Advise staff on FX operations and best practices.
• Monitor market trends, identify revenue opportunities, and relay critical information promptly.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; ACI Dealing Certificate is mandatory.
• Minimum three years of treasury sales experience in banking or financial services.
• At least two years of experience in corporate banking operations and products.
• Demonstrated commercial awareness with a track record of identifying business opportunities.
• Experience in trading and structuring FX derivatives (forwards, swaps, options) is an advantage.
• Master’s degree or knowledge of Reuters and Bloomberg platforms is a plus.
