About the role
The Cosmetology Instructor will join Safal Group to deliver both theoretical and practical cosmetology training to students. This full‑time, onsite position focuses on preparing learners for professional careers in beauty and personal care.
Key responsibilities
- Teach trade theory and practical cosmetology sessions.
- Develop and maintain lesson plans, schemes of work, and task analysis records.
- Assess trainee performance and provide feedback.
- Maintain and care for tools, equipment, and machines used in the workshop.
- Organise and lead co‑curricular activities, ensuring student discipline and well‑being.
- Offer guidance and counselling to students as needed.
Required profile
- Diploma or Certificate in Cosmetology.
- Valid TVETA Trainer's License.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in cosmetology or related field.
- Strong ability to manage and motivate students.
Required skills
- Operating cosmetology machines.
- Using cosmetology tools safely and effectively.
