Creative Arts Teacher (A‑Levels)

About the role

The academy is seeking a Creative Arts Teacher to deliver A‑Level instruction using the Cambridge International framework. The successful candidate will inspire students, nurture artistic talent, and uphold the high academic standards expected by the institution.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess Creative Arts lessons for A‑Level students in line with Cambridge International guidelines.
• Develop engaging teaching materials, projects and assessments that foster creativity and critical thinking.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate interdisciplinary approaches and support school initiatives.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development and school events as required.

Required profile

• Registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) in Kenya.
• Qualified to teach A‑Level subjects.
• Strong knowledge of Cambridge International Education curricula and assessment methods.
• Proven experience in planning, implementing and evaluating learning within the Cambridge framework.
• Minimum of one month teaching experience in a comparable setting.
