CRM, Systems and Data Specialist

About the role

The CRM, Systems and Data Specialist will lead the management, development and continuous improvement of MSF Eastern Africa’s CRM and fundraising systems. The role ensures the platforms are secure, scalable and aligned with the fundraising strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the CRM system, manage user access, permissions, configurations and troubleshoot issues.
• Oversee data processing, quality control, donor data protection and compliance with MSF policies.
• Lead CRM development projects, integrations with finance, payment and marketing automation platforms, and maintain documentation.
• Analyse donor and campaign data, create dashboards, and provide insights to support fundraising decisions.
• Collaborate with ICT, Fundraising, Communications and external suppliers to assess and implement new fundraising technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in CRM administration and data management within a fundraising context.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with ICT, finance and communications teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data quality and protection.
