Customer Communication Intern – Dental Healthcare

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Communication Intern to join a leading dental healthcare provider in Mombasa. The role supports patient communication, front‑office operations and helps improve customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and send daily appointment reminders and treatment communications to patients.
• Promote ongoing offers via phone, email and approved channels.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and handle complaints, escalating when needed.
• Capture and upload patient information from job cards into Navision, ensuring accurate records.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly communication and follow‑up reports.
• Report branch activities such as walk‑ins, quotations, sales and follow‑ups.
• Process customer orders and billing, maintaining proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs and operational policies.
• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication or a related field.
• Up to 1 year experience in front‑office, customer service or communication roles.
• Maximum age 26 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong planning, organisational and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive, outgoing personality with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Immediate availability.
