Customer Experience Associate (French & English)

About the role

Oasis Outsourcing is looking for a Customer Experience Associate based in Nairobi, Kenya, who is fluent in French and English. The role suits someone passionate about e-commerce, fashion and building lasting customer relationships. The position is open Monday to Sunday, 4:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Kenya time), with two days off per week.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience in line with the brand's standards.
• Interact with customers, understand their needs and offer the right solutions and services.
• Build strong relationships with customers and foster brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams so that customer expectations are exceeded.
• Inform potential customers about the company's services.
• Resolve customer inquiries professionally, efficiently and with attention to detail.

Required profile

• C1-level French and English, spoken and written.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• A focus on interpersonal relationships and a passion for first-class service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Mac OS or iOS devices.

What we offer

• Basic salary of KES 70,000.
• Transportation allowance of KES 10,500.
• Total monthly package of KES 80,500.
