Customer Experience Associate – RH

About the role

As a Customer Experience Associate you will represent RH, a global luxury home‑furnishings brand, delivering a premium customer experience. You will handle inquiries, understand client needs and build lasting relationships while working onsite in Nairobi.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality customer service through phone, email and chat.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and update customer interactions.
• Represent the RH brand with professionalism and a luxury‑focused mindset.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service targets and resolve issues quickly.

Required profile

• C1 level English proficiency (advanced/fluent).
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience, preferably in luxury retail or premium environments.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Availability to work onsite in Nairobi on a shift from 4:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Kenya time).
