About the role
The Customer Packer works in the till area of a Quickmart supermarket, packing customer purchases and supporting the checkout process. This on‑site, full‑time position requires a high school diploma and strong communication skills to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Pack customer purchases at the till area.
- Assist customers during checkout and ensure a smooth transaction process.
Required profile
- Kenyan national, at least 18 years old, with a valid National ID.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Disciplined, team‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
