Customer Relations Officer (Real Estate)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Relations Officer to manage property inquiries, guide buyers through the sales process, and build lasting relationships in the real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to phone, email and walk‑in inquiries about properties.
• Pitch available properties to warm leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Maintain contact with existing buyers to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Negotiate prices, explain payment structures and guide clients through legal sales contracts.
• Conduct persuasive property tours highlighting financial returns and lifestyle benefits.
• Research competitor pricing and local market trends to improve proposals.
• Handle client complaints and coordinate with finance or legal teams for smooth transactions.
• Update interaction logs and accurately track the sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of sales or client‑relations experience within the property sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly real‑estate sales quotas.
• Strong ability to handle buyer objections, price push‑back and contract terms.
• Excellent spoken and written communication with active listening skills.
• High emotional intelligence, patience and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
