Customer Relations Officer – Real Estate

About the role

The Customer Relations Officer will be the primary point of contact for property inquiries, turning leads into confirmed sales. You will build lasting relationships with buyers and investors while ensuring a smooth transaction process.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to phone, email, and walk‑in inquiries about properties.
• Pitch available properties to warm leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain contact with existing buyers to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Negotiate prices, explain payment structures, and guide buyers through legal contracts.
• Conduct persuasive property tours highlighting financial returns and lifestyle benefits.
• Research competitor pricing and local market trends to improve pitches.
• Handle client complaints and coordinate with finance or legal teams.
• Update interaction logs and track sales pipelines accurately.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 1‑3 years of sales or client‑relations experience in the property sector.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding real‑estate sales quotas.
• Strong objection‑handling, negotiation and contract‑review skills.
• Existing relationships with local investors, brokers or wealth managers is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with high emotional intelligence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
