Customer Service & Agent Support Executive (Remote)

About the role

BagginsHQ is seeking a Customer Service & Agent Support Executive to act as a vital link between customers, Direct Sales Agents, sales teams, and internal departments. Working remotely, you will ensure timely, professional assistance for customers while empowering sales agents with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via Intercom and other approved channels.
• Provide accurate information, guide customers to appropriate products or teams, and record interactions.
• Escalate technical, commercial, or operational issues to relevant internal teams.
• Monitor and follow up on unresolved enquiries, identifying recurring issues for internal review.
• Serve as the first point of support for Direct Sales Agents, clarifying processes, product details, and lead‑management requirements.
• Assist agents in navigating internal systems and collecting necessary customer information.
• Identify common challenges faced by agents and communicate insights to management.
