About the role
The Customer Service Bagger / Packer will bag and pack customers' purchases and support the checkout process in a busy supermarket environment. This on‑site, full‑time position is ideal for candidates with a high school qualification who enjoy interacting with shoppers.
Key responsibilities
- Bag and pack purchased items accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers at the checkout, ensuring a smooth and friendly service experience.
Required profile
- Kenyan citizen, 18 years or older, with a valid National ID.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in basic customer service and communication.
- Disciplined, team‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced retail setting.
