Customer Service & Telesales Executive

About the role

The Customer Service & Telesales Executive will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries across phone, email and social media. You will ensure prompt resolution of issues while reinforcing brand trust in a fast‑paced gaming and betting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via calls, emails and social media platforms.
• Resolve emerging concerns quickly and within agreed service level agreements.
• Apply best‑practice customer service workflows to improve efficiency.
• Strengthen client relationships to build long‑term brand loyalty.
• Liaise with supervisors and key stakeholders to support organisational goals.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma; vocational or technical training in customer service or marketing is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in gaming, betting or high‑cash‑volume environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure during peak periods.
• High integrity, compliance with internal controls and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and rotational shifts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
