Customer Service Virtual Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Virtual Assistant to support our executive team and enhance our client interactions. This remote position combines administrative support with front‑line customer service, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and manage the executive’s calendar.
• Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and serve as the first point of contact for clients.
• Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and conduct research as needed.
• Arrange travel itineraries, book flights, accommodation, and related logistics.
• Assist in planning and coordinating internal and external events.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve service issues, and collect feedback.
• Manage email lists and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Support social media management and content creation when required.
