About the role
World Vision is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Officer for the Kenya Big Dream Phase III program in Migori County. The role will coordinate data collection, monitoring activities and reporting to support vulnerable children programs.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day coordination of MEAL processes, ensuring high‑quality data collection and management.
- Design and implement monitoring frameworks, tools and GIS maps to track program delivery.
- Coordinate routine monitoring visits, compile management reports and support digital data collection systems.
- Facilitate learning sessions, document stories of change and maintain accountability mechanisms.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years experience in program design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation within an international NGO.
- Practical experience coordinating M&E systems and working on donor‑funded projects.
- Strong communication and networking skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Required skills
- GIS for program mapping.
- Use of Management Information Systems (MIS) for data entry and reporting.
