Customer Success Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Success Manager to join our fast‑growing global team. In this role you will work with high‑profile B2B customers, primarily in the US, helping them expand their ecommerce operations and deepen their partnership with FYUL.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an ecommerce advisor for managed accounts, identifying growth opportunities.
• Drive upselling and cross‑selling initiatives to increase wallet share.
• Conduct value‑based conversations and streamline the sales process to improve the customer experience.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from discovery of client needs to closing deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless fulfillment of customer requirements.
• Achieve quarterly sales targets, provide accurate forecasts, and guide clients through market changes.

• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Passion for technology and sales in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑player with outstanding communication skills and fluency in English.
