Customer Support Specialist

About the role

22BET is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join its team. You will be the primary point of contact for players, handling inquiries and resolving issues across multiple communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat and social media.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
• Receive, clarify and manage product and service complaints.
• Identify root causes of problems and provide timely resolutions using appropriate tools.
• Document and, when necessary, escalate issues according to standard operating procedures.
• Follow up on complaints to ensure they are resolved satisfactorily.
• Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships.
• Support the development and improvement of new products, processes and policies for the Customer Service Department.
• Respond to requests from the Management team in a timely manner.

Required profile

• At least 1.5 years of experience as a customer support specialist in the betting industry.
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening.
• Service‑oriented mindset with the ability to resolve customer grievances.
