Eagle Web, an online digital services company focused on data management and documentation, is looking for a Data Entry Clerk. The role involves entering, updating, verifying and maintaining accurate information in company systems and databases. It suits people who are organized, detail-oriented and willing to learn.

Key responsibilities

• Data entry and verification: enter information accurately and check records for completeness.
• Record management: organize, update and maintain digital documents and files.
• Quality control: identify and correct data inconsistencies.
• Reporting: prepare basic reports and supporting documentation.
• Team collaboration: work with relevant teams to support information management.
• Data protection: follow procedures for confidentiality, accuracy and secure handling of information.
• Administrative support: assist with general documentation and record-keeping.

Required profile

• Ability to work on-site in Murang'a County, Kenya, with minimal supervision.
• Experience in data entry, office administration or a related field is an advantage.
• A relevant diploma or certificate in business, IT or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong typing skills and high computer literacy.
