Data Entry Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Better Jobs Group is building a large research database of UK healthcare professionals and needs detail‑focused researchers to collect and organise publicly available information. This is a full‑time, remote position based in Kenya, offering a stable long‑term opportunity with a clear path to a permanent contract for high performers.

Key responsibilities

• Research public directories and other publicly available sources for UK healthcare professionals.
• Enter and organise the collected data accurately in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Maintain clean, consistent, and duplicate‑free records.
• Achieve daily and weekly data entry targets.
• Build records across a range of UK healthcare roles, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and administrative staff.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in data entry or online data research.
• Near‑native English proficiency (equivalent to IELTS Band 8).
• Reliable laptop or desktop with stable internet connection.
• Backup power source (UPS, inverter, or generator).
• Quiet, dedicated workspace.
• Based in Kenya.
