Debt Collection Agent – Join Our Dynamic Team

About the role

Quest Holdings Ltd is expanding its Debt Collection Division and is looking for motivated professionals to join one of four specialised teams – Evening, Fintech, Conventional or Field. The role focuses on recovering outstanding debts while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers via phone, email or in‑person to negotiate repayment plans.
• Manage assigned debt portfolios and meet recovery targets.
• Conduct field visits and tracing activities for the Field Collections team.
• Handle digital lending portfolios for the Fintech team, ensuring compliance with fintech regulations.
• Document all interactions and update collection systems accurately.

Required profile

• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and target‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• High integrity, professionalism and accountability.
• Previous experience in debt collection, customer service or call‑centre work is an advantage.
• Evening shift availability for Evening team applicants.
• Willingness to travel for Field team applicants.
