About the role
MOGO Auto Limited is seeking an experienced Collections & Contact Centre Manager to lead early and middle‑stage debt collection operations. You will oversee a large team of collection agents, drive performance, and shape the strategy for a high‑impact call centre environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage contact centre and collections operations for 200+ agents.
- Coach teams, develop capabilities, and ensure high performance.
- Oversee collections technology, telephony systems, and automation tools.
- Implement AI‑driven improvements, A/B testing, and quality assurance.
- Analyse data, produce reports, and optimise performance metrics.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
Required profile
- Commercially minded leader with proven experience in debt collections and call‑centre environments.
- Strong analytical ability and people‑leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Webitel, Grafana, BI tools, telephony, automation and AI technologies.
