Delivery Manager – Accounting & Financial Reporting

About the role

The role ensures systematic, high‑quality outcomes for clients while upholding professional standards and market leadership. It combines ownership of the accounting and reporting system with deep fund‑accounting expertise to deliver accurate financial statements and support internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger for proprietary funds and discretionary client mandates.
• Prepare period‑end trial balances, income statements and fund balance sheets.
• Manage the expense accrual cycle, including management fees, performance fees, custody, administration and audit costs.
• Act as the system owner for the company’s accounting and reporting platform, ensuring accurate financial data and timely reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external auditors and service providers to resolve accounting and reporting issues while safeguarding confidentiality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in institutional fund accounting or portfolio management platforms.
• Deep understanding of fund cash flows, from investor subscriptions and redemptions to income recognition and fee accruals.
• Ability to prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of compliance policies such as AML, CTF, sanctions and data protection.
