Delivery Manager – ERP & SaaS Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to own the end‑to‑end delivery of ERP, SaaS and digital transformation solutions for multiple clients. The role ensures fast, consistent and high‑quality implementations at scale, covering everything from kickoff to go‑live and stabilization.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full delivery lifecycle: kickoff, requirements, configuration, migration, training, UAT, go‑live and post‑implementation stabilization.
• Define and enforce timelines per client and per module, ensuring readiness for activation and service continuity.
• Manage multiple implementations concurrently, prioritising work streams based on business impact and deadlines.
• Maintain zero idle time across delivery teams and adhere to SLAs, KPIs and contractual obligations.
• Monitor service performance, drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and oversee incident‑management and escalation processes.
• Lead client kickoffs, steering‑committee meetings and executive engagement sessions; set and manage expectations on scope, timelines and responsibilities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, building strong relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Lead and supervise implementation, customer support and technical support teams, providing coaching and performance management.
• Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with development, support, finance, HR and operations teams.
• Ensure effective utilisation of ERP systems, ticketing platforms, CRM systems and service‑management tools; drive process standardisation and workflow optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering ERP, SaaS and cloud‑migration projects at scale.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to lead client‑facing meetings and steering committees.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize work streams.
• Leadership experience supervising implementation and support teams.
• Excellent organisational and governance skills to enforce timelines and quality standards.
