About the role

Focus Clinical and Diagnostics Center is seeking a qualified Dentist to join its busy dental clinic in Westlands. The role involves delivering high‑quality dental care to a diverse patient base while supporting the team in maintaining clinical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose oral conditions and provide appropriate treatments such as cleanings, root canals, surgical extractions and other general dentistry procedures.
• Educate patients on preventive care and oral hygiene practices.
• Mentor junior dental assistants and ensure teamwork and high standards of care.
• Collaborate with the dental team to develop treatment plans and communicate patient needs effectively.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with clinical protocols.
• Manage dental supplies and equipment to ensure readiness.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures and quality standards.
• Support departmental initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and patient engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery from an institution recognized by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentist Council.
• Registration and a valid practicing license with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council.
• Professional indemnity cover.
• At least three years of experience working in a busy dental clinic.
