About the role
The Development Programme internship offers a three‑month placement for university students at Standard Bank Group in Nairobi. The role is designed to give participants practical exposure to banking operations and to develop professional competencies within the financial sector. Interns will be based on‑site and will engage with day‑to‑day activities throughout the programme.
