Digital Marketing and Advanced Graphic Design Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing and Advanced Graphic Design Specialist will support Fairmont The Norfolk’s luxury brand by creating high‑impact digital content, managing website updates, and executing paid‑search and social campaigns. Reporting to the Marketing Strategy Lead, the role blends creative design with data‑driven marketing to enhance guest engagement across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Implement approved website content, promotions, campaign pages and calls‑to‑action on both property websites, ensuring accuracy across desktop and mobile.
• Monitor site performance, user journeys, broken links and conversion actions, recommending improvements.
• Apply SEO and AEO best practices, including metadata, headings and internal linking.
• Set up, monitor and optimise paid‑search and paid‑social campaigns within budget and brand guidelines.
• Create brand‑compliant assets in Adobe Creative Cloud (presentations, brochures, itineraries, trade collateral) and prepare print‑ready and digital‑ready outputs.
• Retouch imagery and edit short‑form video using Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Maintain a live project tracker covering briefs, deadlines, approvals and status.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and advanced graphic design with a professional portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and video tools (Premiere Pro/After Effects).
• Hands‑on experience with website content‑management, responsive design and conversion analytics.
• Experience planning and optimising paid‑search and paid‑social campaigns.
